The most recent builds should have it working as well

however, i think it still needs work, you should be able to click-drag the  
center
mouse button to scroll, and release when your done scrolling instead of  
click the
mouse button, activate center scroll, release center mouse button, move  
mouse to
fast scroll, then click the center mouse button AGAIN to stop scrolling...

i know its basically just one more mouseclick, but when your fast scrolling  
through
a long document you want to stop at a moments notice... needing to click  
again makes
this whole process clumsy
