Thanks for the bug report.
Chromium supports SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, and TLS 1.0. By default, Chromium turns
off SSL 2.0 because SSL 2.0 has several security issues. To allow users to
visit sites that only support SSL 2.0, we provide a checkbox in our Options
dialog to turn on SSL 2.0. This doesn't mean Chromium only supports SSL
2.0.
