Can you describe what the expected behavior is on your test page? As for form fields, Chrome does persist form values. For example, try going to http://www.w3schools.com/TAGS/tag_textarea.asp and typing in that textarea. If you hit back then forward, then it persists your changes. Updating the subject appropriately.
