Not for me, rjw.pope... how much testing did you do? Here are my results
with 0.3.155.0
(build 3639):
Situation 1: Taskbar on monitor 1, vertical (right side)
A) Both monitors same resolution:
Maximized on 1: works properly
Maximized on 2: fails; doesn't maximize to full screen -- leaves blank
area on
right edge of Chromium equal width of taskbar!
B) Monitor 1 higher resolution:
Maximized on 1: works properly
Maximized on 2: works properly
(F11 still doesn't work though...sigh).
C) Monitor 2 higher resolution:
Maximized on 1: works properly
Maximized on 2: fails; only maximizes to monitor 1's resolution,
leaving
blank
areas on bottom and right of Chromium
Situation 2: Taskbar on monitor 1, vertical (left side)
A) Both same res
Maximized on 1: same as 2B (below)
Maximized on 2: fails; leaves space on right of Chromium equal to width
of
taskbar!
B) Mon 1 higher res
Maximized on 1 or 2: works, but leaves darker blue part(s) of Chromium
on
edge of
opposite monitor (as if its maximizing to the lighter blue area's width)
C) Mon 2 higher res
Maximized on 1: works, but leaves blue on left edge of 2
Maximized on 2: fails; only maximizes to monitor 1's resolution,
leaving
blank
areas on bottom and right of Chromium
Situation 3: Taskbar on monitor 1, horizontal (either top or bottom)
A) Both same res
Maximized on 1: same as 2B
Maximized on 2: fails; leaves space below Chromium equal to width of
taskbar!
B) Mon 1 higher res
Maximized on 1: same as 2B
Maximized on 2: same as 2B
C) Mon 2 higher res
Maximized on 1: same as 2B
Maximized on 2: fais; only maximizes to monitor 1's resolution, leaving
blank areas
on bottom and right of Chromium
Situation 4: Taskbar on monitor 2, horizontal (either) or vertical (right
edge only)
A) Both same res
Maximized on 1: works, but looks funny -- the white area isn't the full
width of
the blue area (a few pixels short on each side... it's maximizing to the
darker blue area's
width)
Maximized on 2: same as 2B
B) Mon 1 higher res
Maximized on 1: same white area thing as 4A
Maximized on 2: same as 2B
C) Mon 2 higher res
Maximized on 1 or 2: same as 4A
Situation 5: Taskbar on monitor 2, vertical (left edge)
A) Both same res
Maximized on 1: same as 4A
Maximized on 2: works properly
B) Mon 1 higher res
Maximized on 1: same as 4A
Maximized on 2: works properly
C) Mon 2 higher res
Maximized on 1: same as 4A
Maximized on 2: works properly
If anyone wants screen shots of any of these situations, just let me know.

didn't miss anything in my testing.
