Firefox3: OK
IE7: OK
Steps:
1. Open the attached file in Chrome
2. Observe
Result:
Chrome ignored font size because there is @charset "UTF-8" displayed at the
beginning of the style declaration
Expected:
Chrome should render the page using right font size
Notes:
1 Mark it as P3 since it is illegal to use @charset rule at the embedded
style declaration
