Comment #3 by bksening: p_monagh is correct. You can drag mail around in MSIE and Firefox. But that's because Chrome does not run the enhanced interface at Hotmail. Microsoft needs to update their browser detection code to verify that Chrome can fully support the enhanced interface; nothing to do with Chrome directly.
