This issue may be another (more likely) reason for complaints about Chinese
fonts.
There's no easy way out here. Clamping the font size (set the minimum
fontsize large
enough for CJK Chrome) is a possible work-around. Making the default font
size larger
(which is the reference for 'small', 'large', etc) is not a good idea, I
believe
because it's likely to break the layout at many web sites.
