Recently Ben commented that knowing when a user initiated a pop-up is nasty
and this
demonstrates the problem. I don't think we need to get a further fix in
for 1.0 but
for 1.1 we should at least have a clearer definition of what we count as
user
initiated that we could evangelize/implement. Moving the Milestone to 1.1.
