Issue 1425: Multi-line TextFields don't respond well to mouse selection

New steps.
1. Open Report a bug or broken website
2. Paste in a long string of text that takes 4 or 5 lines.
3. Attempt to select from the start with a mouse. Attempt to select from
the end of
the text by dragging the mouse.
Expected:
Able to select all of the text
Actual
Can either select the first three lines or up to the third line. Cannot
select
all text by click-drag.
