I have no clue about this one. Could be related to b/1346250.
I tried to do a regression search back from r3411. After seeing the small
dialog in
r3411, older builds (those that I know work properly) still seem to pick up
the small
size for the dialog. Are we saving the size somewhere (and never updating
it again)?
