As for your problem, it's a bit strange to not be able to write to your
Local AppData
folder. You may want to check if there's anything unusual about your
setup, such as:
* If you don't have write permission for that folder.
* If you're on a guest account.
That's about all I can recommend, I'm definitely not an expert on this.
