Can we solve this issue within the MessageLoopForIO implementation? It
would be nice
if consumers could say I'm unregistering now, and I don't want to wait
around for you
to tell me that it is OK to delete myself. I presume this bug only matters
when we
implement MessageLoopForIO using IO completion ports, in which case I don't
think
this is a Mstone-1.0 blocker.
