Issue 3688: Upload dialog box crash

Chrome Version : 0.3.154.3 and Chromium Revision 3808

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go on a web site where you need to upload a file (facebook, tinypic,
rapidshare, etc.)
2. Click on the upload button
3. Click on the dropdown button on the location bar (tooltip say: "previous
location").
4. Click elsewhere in the dialog box to make the recent location list
disappear.
What is the expected result?
No crash.
What happens instead?
Full crash of the browser.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
