Issue 3698: Sever Crash, Very Frequent

Other browsers tested: All
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open one webpage
2. Open a link in a new tab
3. Click on the new tab
What is the expected result?
It should simply highlight the new tab
What happens instead?
Click gets "stuck" moving mouse will move the tab, when the tab moves,
chrome will crash
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
This has been happening every day on every site since I upgraded to this
version, chrome has become unuseable, downgrading until next release.
