Issue 3706: save password infobar leaves black bar on dismiss
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=3706

New issue report by [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. with 1 other tab open, open a new tab and log in to a site that will
prompt you to save your password (I used friendfeed.com
2. ignore the infobar and close the tab you just logged into

Now, on the tab that remains, there is a black bar at the top where the
infobar was. Navigating or refreshing does not remove it.

0.3.154.3 on Vista
