Issue 3712: Text: "The default browser is currently Chromium" is truncated
with FRUI.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch Chromium with FRUI dialog.
2. Click on the button "Change Search Engine" of the bubble "Search from
Right here"
3. Notice the text in Chromium Options->Basic->"The default browser is
currently Chromium" is truncated as shown in the screenshot.
The issue goes away, if paint method is forced on Options dialog.
