What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to www.youtube.com

What is the expected result?
The flash video on right side of page should be displayed
What happens instead?
The flash video is missing in Chrome
The issue is found in Chinese Vista, it doesn't happen in English XP.
Actually the flash plugin doesn't work in chrome for any websites.
