Issue 2106: styleSheets.cssRules[index] with invalid index returns
CSSStyleRule object instead of undefined
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=2106

Comment #3 by [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
stylesheet.cssRules[i]
where 'i' is an invalid index still returns a CSSStyleRule object.

Safari and FF return an 'undefined'.

A more simplified testcase can be found at: (or see attached files)
http://go/reductions/2106/test_simplified.html
or see http://go/reductions/2106/test_standard.html which resembles
original code
