Issue 3732: UI rendered appearance when maximised [magic_browzR]

Other browsers tested: FF3, IE7, Safari3
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome.
2. Click on Maximise control button or double-click title bar with auto-
hide Windows taskbar and drag Windows taskbar to top of screen.
What is the expected result?
Maximised window that fits whole screen
What happens instead?
Maximised window doesn't fit entire screen. Top section title bar controls
maximises OK (deep blue) Left and right UI window borders not rendered
(black gap) Bottom 1-pixel gap below window border shows through to desktop
(even more evident than in screenshot attached)
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
There's a current improvement in UI behaviour in that top section of UI
window now maximises without making Windows taskbar unavailable. UI
rendering glitch on maximised window though. Tested on Windows XP Pro with
93.71 nVidia drivers.
