Issue 3737: VIew Source doesn't supply a way to save the file

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a page in Chrome
2. View the page's source in the browser
3. Attempt to save the page by using the menu item "Save Page as..." and
find out that it is greyed out.
What is the expected result?
I should be able to save the file from Chrome rather than copying and
pasting it to a text editor.
What happens instead?
Menu item has been disabled.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
