In 0.3.154.0, I'm seeing the context menu getting the wrong coordinate from  
text
areas that are scrolled.  That is, if you have a text area with a scroll  
bar and you
scroll, then right click, the word that gets highlighted is not what is  
under the
mouse.  I think we're computing the target of the context menu incorrectly.
