An off-line installation for Google Chrome would help users who have slow
internet connections, problems with their internet connections etc get it
from other internet sources. It will also help people who are trying to
share Google Chrome with other people or make them make the switch. If an
off-line installation is available for Google Chrome, its market share
would also increase.
