What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a web page with a textarea with spelling correction enabled.
2. Type 'Teh' (capital T)
3. A red squiggly line indicates 'Teh' is misspelled. Right-click for
spelling suggestions.
4. The list of spelling suggestions does not contain 'The'.
What is the expected result?
What happens instead?
