This problem with the display of the incognito picture and
minimize/restore/close
buttons at the top of the screen has been present in several builds. See
for example,
attached screenshots using build 4002 from /continuous/
Screenshots were taken from notebook PC running WinXP Home SP3, screen
resolution
1280 by 800.
