Issue 3817: Arabic: Translation problems with About google chrome dialog.

Install Google Chrome with sys locals set to Arabic (Saudi Arabia)
Navigate to About Google Chrome dialog.
You can notice two issues with the attached screenshot.
1) Text(Chrome Google) is not aligned properly.
2) Parenthesis is not closed properly in last line.
