Open a large page that extends well beyond the bottom of the window. 2. Click on the scroll bar above or below the scroll target-thing that you drag. 3. Normally it will cause the page to Page Up or down, but instead it jumps two pages. What is the expected result? What happens instead? Please provide any additional information below.
