Issue 3919: digest authentication nonce count does not change with a
refresh of page

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to my test site which shows the digest auth strings and log in.
2. click refresh button and nonce count stays at 000001.
3. cnonce and opaque do change with every refresh.
What is the expected result?
Nonce count will change with refresh.
What happens instead?
It doesn't
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Any tricks to fool chromium for logging user out? I can kinda fool opera
and firefox to make them revalidate after clicking logout button. IE just
gives the ability to clear the password from the server which works
wonderfully.
