I explained to the owner of the site how to fix the problem. I am divided
as to
whether we should support -moz-scrollbars-vertical or not.
I have not yet opened a bug against WebKit but this fix is needed there if
we decide
it should be fixed. Safari and Chromium have the same behavior.
