Issue 3938: wmode set to "transparent" causing incorrect rendering of flash

   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: OK
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download the files attached.
2. Place mic.swf in a folder called "jer_files"
3. Open "test.html"

What is the expected result?
You should see 2 buttons in the Settings UI: Allow and Deny
They should be clickable and you shouldn't see any artifacts after clicking

What happens instead?
I don't see the 2 buttons available to be clicked.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
