Issue 3957: Chromium doesn't saves window sizes

Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari 3: OK
Firefox 3: OK
IE 7: OK
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Resize chrome
2. Close chrome
3. Open chrome again
What is the expected result?
Chrome saves my last settings. After reopening chrome the width and height
would be reproduced.
What happens instead?
The settings from after installing are loaded.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
