What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chromium with --lang=iw
2. Open the bookmark manager.
3. The tree view incorrectly mirrors text (e.g. Latin character 'b' looks
like 'd', 'S' like 'Z', etc.). Screenshot attached.
