What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed on XP SP3, error occurs immediately upon opening it.
2. This started occuring after getting a bad malware infection. So I
removed and reinstalled both XP SP3 and Chrome, and then the issue in
Chrome began. All other apps are working fine.

What is the expected result?
To use Chrome instead of current browser, each time I attempt a new URL,
the error occurs.
What happens instead?
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
