Dean has OKed the code, and the perf results look unaffected. Mark, please
merge
back r4354 and r4357. There are minor differences on the branch, like all
the Time
instances should not get a "base::" qualification, and a few bits of the
diff won't
apply cleanly due to minor cleanups (hopefully easy to figure out by
hand). I'll
only be around Mon - Tues this week, so let me know soon if you need help.
