In fact, when printing, no bitmap backend is created (otherwise it'd crash frequently :) All of them have enormous sizes so it's hard to say what was happening exactly. It could simply often happen that a javascript enlarges the current view to ridiculous values. We definitely should add support for these since it seems to be used often in the wild.
