What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bring up Bookmark Manager with keyboard shortcut ctrl+Shift+B or from
menu Wrench/Bookmark manager.
2. Minimize the “Bookmark manager” by clicking the taskbar’s button.
3. Now hit Ctrl+shift+b or menu Wrench/Bookmark Manager.
What is the expected output?
This should get focus to Bookmark manager.
What do you see instead?
Nothing happens.
