Issue 4029: ListView context menu of BookManager is shown far away with key

New issue report by [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
--Bring up Bookmark Manager with keyboard shortcut ctrl+Shift+B or menu
Wrench/Bookmark manager.
--Set keyboard focus on any entry (Folder/Bookmark URL) in the SysListView
and hit the context menu key.
Notice the context menu is displayed far away from the focused entry.
