Chrome Version : 0.3.154.9
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to the wrench icon and select "About Google Chrome"
2. For a short time (probably depends on network lag) the text at the
bottom will look incomplete
3. After Chrome's version has been checked, the links paint in
What is the expected result?
The links should be painted in before starting the HTTP request to check
the version, or done in another thread.
What happens instead?
The text looks incomplete
