I'm starting to think that this might be a broader issue with our painting
code -
I've noticed that a whole bunch of paints across the browser can sometimes
be
incomplete. For example, tabs can flicker when being moved, and tab hover
state
sometimes only paints half for half the tab (hard to repro, but you can
sometimes see
it if you flick your mouse around the right side of a background tab).
