What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open URL Wyse.com

What is the expected result? The page should open clean without a text menu
list being rendered in the left side of the page.
What happens instead? Page loads incorrectly; rendering the Acessability
menu on the left side before all other text.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
