Issue 4104: Tab-switching tests always output zero

The tab switch results are generated after the renderer dumps whiteout
duration stats
in file Debug\test_user_data\chrome_debug.log. Of late, these stats are not
appearing
in this dump file, as a result of which the test outputs 0. It seems some
parameters
have changed to generate stats. I will investigate further on this.
