Issue 4124: Make the ownership mode in WebFrameLoaderClient match other
ports.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=4124

New issue report by [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/37754 removes
FrameLoaderClient::detachedFromParent4.

Chromium's WebFrameLoaderClient uses this function to release the frame
pointer in WebFrameImpl. Other ports don't.

It is easy to be broken when FrameLoader make changes.
