Issue 4147: "Get Plug-in" place-holders conflict
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=4147

New issue report by thepsionicist:
Chrome Version :0.3.154.9
URLs (if applicable) :www.factoryfive.com
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3:N/A
     Firefox 3:N/A
          IE 7:OK?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a shiny, new copy of Chrome (do not install any plugins)
2. Go to www.factoryfive.com

What is the expected result?
Page should display as if nothing was wrong except a yellowish "get plug-in
" box should be in place of any flash movie stuff. Also, a yellowish bar
should appear at the top of the browser.

What happens instead?
The "get plug-in" box and yellowish 'drop-down' bar fight each other (for
focus?) and clicking on the button to get the plug-in does nothing. The
website is rendered useless.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Since I installed the plug-in, I can't get you a screen shot. Sorry.
