Issue 4162: invisible auto-scroll cursor

Other browsers tested:
   Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 3: OK
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to any page which has an active scroll-bar
2. middle-click to activate auto-scroll
3. gasp in shock and surprise as the cursor disappears

What is the expected result?
mouse cursor becomes auto-scroll cursor.

What happens instead?
mouse cursor disappears.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

running vista home premium 32-bit. this behavior appeared only after i
downloaded build 4872. (the last build i used before this was one of the
4700's i think).
