I also think this is fixed now, and has been for a while in our code base.
It was
indeed a V8 issue. It appears to have been fixed in this revision:
http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome/trunk/src/DEPS?r1=64&r2=63&pathrev=64
I researched for a little while, but couldn't figure out exactly which
revision of V8
it was that fixed this issue. If anyone still sees any of these timezone
issues on
version 0.3.154.9 (or a recent trunk build of Chromium), please let us know.
