There's a downloadable test case in issue 3938 (which I will close as a
dupe of
this). Apparently the nightly didn't fix this issue (issue 3938 was opened
on 31 Oct,
which is fairly recent).
Sunand tested this and says that things behave the same in FF3, Safari, and
Chrome
154.9 (broken with Flash 9, working with Flash 10).
I'm confused.
I'm not sure we can fix this for the next Dev channel push, but can you
have a look,
