Issue 4211: UnKnown file types in Import Bookmarks of Bookmarks Manager

Build: 0.3.154.12 (Official Build 4978)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bring up Bookmarks manager (Ctrl+Shift+b)
2. Click on "Tools" drop-down button (Top Left Corner) and select "Import
bookmarks" from the list.
3. You can notice the Unknown files types in the dialog.
