Issue 4216: Killing the QT plugin and reloading the page doesn't render  
plugin at the right place

New issue report by [EMAIL PROTECTED]:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://go/qt-plugin-case
2. Launch Chrome Task Manager and select the QT-plugin process
3. Kill the process
4. Reload the page

What is the expected output?
The plugin to be rendered at it original place(in the middle)

What do you see instead?
It renders at the left top corner
