Steps
-----
* Install 154.9 with gears 0.4.24.0.
* Go to gears.google.com - this should show the gears details
* Update Chrome to 154.13 with gears 0.5.3.0.
* Now go to gears.google.com again
Issue: Gears details are not seen. Looks like it's not being detected but
about:plugins page shows that it's enabled
***This is happening on XP_SP2 VMWare Image***
