Issue 4044: "Show in folder" of Bookmark manager, should be disabled

Not working in 0.3.154.12 (Official Build 4978).
"Show in folder" menu item is enabled when bookmarks in Bookmarks Bar and
Other
Bookmarks are highlighted. It should be disabled in these locations.
