What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open a "long dropdown with a scrollbar" in any web page by clicking on
it
2. Try to scroll with mouse wheel
3.
What is the expected result?
DropDown scrolling works with mouse wheel
What happens instead?
No scrolling and dropdown closed
